Can you automate the gate I already have?
Often yes, if the gate is sound and runs freely. If the hinges or track are worn, automating it just breaks the motor — we will say so and what needs fixing first.
What happens if the power fails while the gate is closed?
With battery backup it keeps working normally. Without it, every opener has a manual release key — we show you how to use it at handover rather than leaving you to find out during an outage.
Can the gate be opened from my phone?
Yes. App and intercom entry are both available, and they can be tied into CCTV so you see who is at the gate before opening it.
