What size generator do I need?
It depends on which loads you want covered, not on the size of the building. We measure the demand of the circuits that matter and size from there — it is often smaller and cheaper than expected.
How often should a standby generator be serviced?
Run it under load regularly and service it on a set interval. We will recommend a schedule based on the set and how often it actually runs, and we offer this as a maintenance contract.
Can you connect a generator I already own?
Yes, provided it is serviceable and can be installed safely. We will inspect it first and tell you plainly if it is not fit for the job.
